To access the Community Resource Connection, individuals can reach out to us through our dedicated Peer Support Chat line. Our team of dedicated advocates will be there to listen, understand, and guide you through the process.
Once you've reached out, our advocates will work with you to create a personalized document of appropriate mental health resources. These resources may include therapists, support groups, crisis hotlines, and other community-based services that align with your unique needs and preferences.

When you reach out to us through our Peer Support Chat line, rest assured that all conversations are confidential. Our advocates are trained to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and will not disclose any information shared during the conversation. Your privacy is our priority.
Secure Communication Channels:
We understand the sensitivity of the information you might share with us. To ensure the security of your data, we use encrypted communication channels (Google Voice) for all text messages. You also have the option to do this for messages through social media (more info here). This additional layer of security is designed to safeguard your information from unauthorized access.
Personalized Resource Documents:
As part of the Community Resource Connection, our advocates will work with you to create a personalized document of mental health resources. This document is shared with you securely and is not accessible to anyone else. Your resource document is tailored specifically to your needs, ensuring that your mental health journey remains confidential and personalized.
Limits to Confidentiality:
While we strive to maintain the utmost confidentiality, it's important to note that there are legal and ethical limits. If there is an immediate threat to your safety or the safety of others, our advocates may need to take appropriate steps to ensure your well-being. However, such actions will always be taken with the utmost care and consideration.
